Rental-Bike, rope, bamboo

A public rental bike, which usually can be used by everyone (who has a mobile phone and a credit card) is relocated from public space into the exhibition space.
Long bamboo poles which are attached to it reduce it's functionality. The poles correspond with the major axis' of the bike, enlarge them and build up a dynamic space defining system of coordinates.
The combination of the high tech-object with a natural material develops a certain balance of contemporary mobility and traditional asian building technique, of movement and static.
