Groesch/Metzger > All this, my dear, was ours once (2008)

Two objects made of galvanized steel sheet (170 x 150 x 240 cm and 380 x 170 x 140 cm (L x W x H)), dried thistles (up to 250 cm high), four escalator handrails hanging from the ceiling, B/W-print with spray paint

The installation "All this, my dear, was ours once" deals with the social and economic changes of public space. The title of the work refers to the exhibition "All this, my dear, will be yours once" which took place in 1967 in Frankfurt's Galerie Dorothea Loehr.
